Audra Miller co-founded Stratus TMS in 2011 to provide SaaS technology solutions for Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion. At Stratus TMS, Audra oversees all operations and is dedicated to making the company a leader in SaaS technology for related to Human Capital and Diversity & Inclusion.
Audra previously served as VP of Operations for Cockerham & Associates consulting firm as well as Stratus TMS. She has over 12 years of experience with driving quality and process improvement efforts through continuous improvement initiatives at Ford Motor Company, General Motors and Britax. Audra leverages her strong process engineering and quality assurance backgrounds to the development of technology solutions that are highly functional and reliable.
During these assignments she led teams to implement quality systems to ensure quality products and services. She has also been responsible for developing corrective action and auditing procedures that were implemented globally. Audra earned her Bachelor’s Degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
Haven Cockerham co-founded Stratus TMS in 2011 to provide SaaS technology solutions for Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to Stratus TMS, Haven led Cockerham & Associates, a human capital consulting company.
He was the Chief Human Resource Officer for R.R. Donnelley where he played a key role in the transformation of the company’s operating model and culture. He led the transformation of the human resources function to become a true business partner, focusing on high value processes and reducing delivery costs of human resources services. Haven was Chief Human Resources Officer for DTE Energy in Detroit and the Senior HR Executive for Fisher Guide Division of General Motors.
Earlier roles included assignments in manufacturing, employee and labor relations, EEO, executive compensation, succession planning and leadership development.
Haven owned and operated a Chevrolet Dealership in South Carolina and has an MBA from the Michigan State Advanced Management Program. He has served on for-profit and non-profit boards.
